Motels;
There are four motels in Taihape and all are clean and tidy with friendly hosts;
There are some very good restaurants and cafés in town and are open into the evening for the late finishes.

Green Trout;
This is a four roomed cottage situated on the Rainey farm and can sleep 10 people comfortably.
It is available to anglers on a self-help basis i.e. you bring the food and cook for yourself at the end of the day.
It has a great outlook over the local river along with views up the valley towards the Ruahine mountain range.
