Motels;
There are four motels in Taihape and all are clean and tidy with friendly hosts. There are some very good restaurants and cafés in town and are open into the evening for the late finishes.
Green Trout;
This is a four roomed cottage situated on the Rainey farm and can sleep 10 people comfortably. It is available to anglers on a self-help basis i.e. you bring the food and cook for yourself at the end of the day. It has a great outlook over the local river along with views up the valley towards the Ruahine mountain range.
